3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
8 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Bailey’s liqueur
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. In a microwave or double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate together. Next, add the flour and sugar to chocolate, and stir in the eggs and yolks slowly until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and the liqueur. Pour batter evenly into cups. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Loosen the sides with a knife, and turn over onto a plate. Dust lightly with confectioners’ sugar and serve.
